Man faces fraud charges

Yannick Truchi, 41, of Camarillo, was arrested on suspicion of insurance fraud on Nov. 1. He was on the way to his first day of work at another insurance company.

Truchi had made a claim with the Interinsurance Ex

change of the Automobile Club using an allegedly forged invoice from the Tire Man for repairs never performed on his vehicle.

If convicted, the defendant could face a maximum penalty of five years in prison.
