Naz Nahani

Real estate professional Naz Nahani has joined Prudential California Realty's Thousand Oaks regional office.

After taking her associate degree from California State University at Northridge, Nahani pursued a Bachelor of Science in the field of real estate and finance. As a pre-law student, she worked to go to law school to pursue a Juris Doctorate in real estate law in Los Angeles or Ventura County.

Nahani was born in Iran and came to the United States when she was 3. Her father became a real estate investor and passed his knowledge along to his children. Her mother was a property investor and manager in Washington for more than 18 years and managed a 36unit familyowned apartment building. Before her career in real estate, Nahani worked in the banking industry, then transitioned to the financial sector as a loan agent for Countrywide Financial in Simi Valley. After moving back to Iran and marrying, she returned to the U.S. and had her first child. She found that being a new mom did not give her the flexibility she needed to continue as a loan agent.

She chose to enter the real estate industry, where her clients are assisted by her experience in the banking and lending industries. Nahani, who recently moved to Thousand Oaks, said, "I service my clients with knowledge and anything I can bring to the table from my own experiences."
