Missing classes

ASSIGNMENT OVERDUE-Construction continues on the addition of two portable classrooms to Los Senderos Open School. The school added 32 seventh graders to the campus this year. District officials had hoped the work would be completed by the start of school; however, the manufacturer didn't deliver the classrooms in time. The classrooms are expected to be ready for students by the end of the month. The board of trustees recently approved spending an additional $47,266 on the project to upgrade the school's infrastructure for future expansion. The project originally was to cost $449,850.
