Rose Acosta

Veteran real estate professional Rose Acosta was recognized for her superior performance in 2005, and is making impressive strides this year as well. At the annual company awards banquet this spring, Acosta won the elite Chairman's Circle Gold Award, which places her in the top percent of Prudential agents nationwide. She also received a Most Improved award, which indicates that her business increased in 2005 by at least 75 percent from the prior year.

Acosta has been a Ventura County resident since 1972. A licensed realtor since 1989, she is a certified residential specialist. She is also an expert in residential marketing. Proof of her success is that she has consistently been among Prudential California Realty's top agents during her 17-year career in the real estate profession. She is a multi-million dollar producer.

Annual awards are not the only accolades amassed by Acosta. She was the Top Listing Agent for Prudential California Realty's Camarillo office in June of 2005. Among her other designations, Acosta was a past recipient of Quality Service Certification for superior client satisfaction. She recently formed "Team Acosta" with husband, Alex, and son, Ray. Acosta has a bachelor of

science degree in chemistry. She is active in several Filipino-American organizations, community functions and events, and energetically involved in fundraising. She works with the Fil-Am Association of Camarillo and is a Philippine Patron of the Arts.
