Rebecca Braswell and Shannon Butler, both Naval Construction Battalion mechanics, were arrested Tuesday on suspicion of murder in the Dec. 1 fatal shooting of John Marmo, 27, in Camarillo, police said. SWEARING IN- Camarillo City council members Jan McDonald, Charlotte Craven and Michael Morgan were sworn in Wednesday night for their new terms on the city council.
