Bard Arrives at CLU Annual Kingsmen Shakespeare Festival kicks off at 8 p.m. tonight on the campus of California Lutheran University, 60 W. Olsen Road, Thousand Oaks, with the Shakespeare comedy "A Midsummer Night's Dream" with a 1930s Southern-style updating.
