City's new library to be topic of chamber event
Sean Leonard, the lead project manager for the new Camarillo Library, will speak at the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce Business@Breakfast event at Sterling Hills Country Club on Fri., June 9 at 7 a.m.
The new library, currently under construction, will be over 65,000 square feet and is planned to house more than 240,000 books.
It will replace the city's current 16,500-square-foot library on Ponderosa Drive built in 1974.
Cost to attend the breakfast is $18 for members and $25 for non-members or walk-ins.
